Banshee Candles and Gifts offers the following Returns Policy: Any defective products will be replaced free of charge by contacting us at BansheeCandles@sbcglobal.net. Items should be checked for shipping damage upon receipt. Claims for shipping damage need to be submitted within one week of delivery. Claims for defective products must be made within thirty days of delivery. Product must not be altered in any way, as this will negatively affect performance. Alterations, such as pouring off wax or digging out wax preclude us from returning product to the manufacturer and therefore cannot be accepted for return by us.Banshee Candles and Gifts is committed to protecting your privacy.
We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
We utilize encryption and Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) for all personal and credit card information.

Shipping Policies
You order will ship UPS ground, unless you email or phone to request otherwise. Orders placed before 2 PM Central Time generally ship same day. Transit time is represented on the map below. Transit time is weekdays only, excluding holidays.

Shipping costs are based on order amount. Orders over $49 ship free within the 48 states. Orders less that $49 ship for a flat rate of $6.95. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii ship for a flat rate of $15.95. Please phone or email for information on international shipments.
